Description:

Empty the contents of one or two envelopes into a bowl. Gradually add two thirds (2/3)of a cup or 125ml of water for each envelope and mix well. Let mixture stand for about one hour. Use dessert spoon to form the falafel paste into individual flattened balls. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain oil and serve hot. Each envelope makes around 10 balls.
