Description:

With its distinctive blend of smoky eggplant and sesame flavors, this dip is always welcome on the Mezze table. Add a little crushed garlic and the juice of a fresh lemon and you are all set. Some people put in an extra tablespoon or so of Tahina (sesame seed paste). Serve with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
