We have over 60 products under Alwadi Al Akhdar brand. These range from vegetables such as garden peas, sweet corn and mushrooms, through a full selection of jams to our speciality foods. There are over twenty-five products in the Alwadi Al Akhdar speciality foods range at present. These include Hommos Tahina (Chick Pea Dip), Foul Moudammas (Fava Beans), Baba Ghannouge (Eggplant Dip), Baby Okra, Tahina and Halawa; Fig, Quince, Apricot and other jams; a range of syrups such as Jallab, Tamarind and Mulberry; and two natural flower-essences: Rose Water and Orange Blossom Water.

They are all products, which we know will appeal to lovers of traditional Lebanese dishes. But excellent as we believe our range is, there’s always room for improvement. We always look for ways to make our products even better and extend the range to satisfy consumer demand.

In fact, continuous product improvement, innovation and responsiveness to the market are cornerstones of our company philosophy. This is the basis on which we have built Alwadi Al Akhdar into the successful international brand it is today and one that stands us in excellent stead for the future.
