- 1 Mix of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Soy Falafel
- 4 Buns, cut in 2
- 4 Slices of tomatoes
- 1 Can Al Wadi Al Akhdar ready to eat Hummus
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Handful of Parsley
Prepare the falafel following pack directions and craft into large patties.
Heat oil on medium-high heat.
The patty should sink and rise to the surface and float.
Fry one at a time until golden brown.
Gently remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Put all the ingredients in a bun with a pinch of hummus and a sprinkle of parsley.
