Chipotle Chicken

    A healthy and filling chicken sandwich for when you’re on the go!


    • 60g Chicken Breast, grilled and sliced
    • 40g Tomato slices
    • 2 Pcs Iceberg lettuce
    • 30g Al Wadi Al Akhdar Emmental Cheese Slices
    • 1 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar Mayonnaise Squeeze
    • 1 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar Chipotle Mustard
    • 1 Pc 12cm Ciabatta Bread

    Step 1

    Prepare the grilled chicken breast and slice.

    Step 2

    While the chicken is still hot, add to it the emmental cheese to melt.

    Step 3

    Cover the Ciabata bread with Al Wadi Al Akhdar Mayonnaise Squeeze from one side and with Al Wadi Al Akhdar Chipotle Mustard from the other side.

    Step 4

    Layer the chicken, iceberg and tomatoes in the ciabatta bread.

    Step 5

    Serve with a side salad and chips to taste.
