Vegetarian, gluten-free salad with Al Wadi balsamic vinegar and honey.


  • 1 Mix of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Quinoa Falafel
  • 1 Cup of quinoa cooked according to package directions
  • 1 Orange, sectioned
  • 1 Large avocado, diced
  • 1/3 Cup red bell pepper
  • 6 Leaves lettuce, chopped
  • Handful of fresh basil

  • For the sauce
  • 6 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar honey
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Prepare the Al Wadi Al Akhdar Quinoa Falafel following package directions.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce and drizzle over a salad bowl containing the rest of the ingredients. Top with Falafel.
