- 2 Cups Al Wadi Al Akhdar Mukimame
- 1/2 Cup dried raisins
- 200g Crumbled Al Wadi Al Akhdar Bulgarian cheese
- 1/2 Cup pine nuts, toasted
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar balsamic vinegar
Place the mukimame in boiling water for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally, drain and set aside.
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
