- 1 Ball mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Al Wadi Al Akhdar Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Al Wadi Al Akhdar pesto sauce, to taste
Layer mozzarella cheese and tomatoes on a platter.
Tuck basil leaves in between each slice.
Spoon some pesto sauce on the plate.
Drizzle all with olive oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with Italian grissini or some crusty bread.
