- 12 Filo pastry or spring rolls leaves
- 200 Gms Feta cheese, crumbled
- Thyme leaves
- Vegetable Oil, to fry
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 Tbsp flour
In a small ramequin, melt flour in water and set aside.
On each square, spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese and few thyme leaves, fold both sides over filling and roll up tightly, sealing well the edge with floured water so the cheese mixture doesn’t come out.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry, when the oil is ready deep fry the prepared spring rolls for few minutes until golden and crisp.
