Saute Chinatown Peanut Chicken Noodle2015-07-20

- 4 Cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Frozen pack of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Wok Chinatown vegetables, 450g
- ¼ Cup peanut butter
- ½ Cup fresh cream
- ¼ Cup coriander, chopped
- 1 Handful roasted peanuts
Heat the oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes or until cooked.
Add peanut butter and fresh cream and bring to a boil. Set aside.
Place the frozen Wok Chinatown vegetables in a wok or a large skillet, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.
Combine vegetables and chicken.
Remove from heat, and garnish with the coriander and peanuts. (Serve with noodles.)
