Saute Chinatown Peanut Chicken Noodle

Asian noodle dish with Al Wadi healthy Wok Chinatown vegetables.


  • 4 Cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Frozen pack of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Wok Chinatown vegetables, 450g
  • ¼ Cup peanut butter
  • ½ Cup fresh cream
  • ¼ Cup coriander, chopped
  • 1 Handful roasted peanuts

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes or until cooked.

Add peanut butter and fresh cream and bring to a boil. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the frozen Wok Chinatown vegetables in a wok or a large skillet, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Combine vegetables and chicken.

Remove from heat, and garnish with the coriander and peanuts. (Serve with noodles.)
