Farfalle with Smoked Salmon

A mouthwatering light international dish with Al Wadi Al Akhdar farfalle.


  • 500g Al Wadi Al Akhdar farfalle
  • 170g Al Wadi Al Akhdar unsalted butter
  • 400g Smoked salmon
  • ½ Tsp white and black pepper
  • 1L Fresh cream
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives, snipped to garnish

Step 1

Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over a moderate heat.

Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips; add it to the pan then season with white & black pepper.

Add fresh cream, parmesan cheese and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Bring to a boil then simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.

Drain thoroughly and tip to the salmon sauce skillet.

Season with salt to taste, add the chives and toss to coat again.

Step 3

Garnish with snipped chives and smoked salmon rose. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese
