Farfalle with Smoked Salmon2015-07-20

- 500g Al Wadi Al Akhdar farfalle
- 170g Al Wadi Al Akhdar unsalted butter
- 400g Smoked salmon
- ½ Tsp white and black pepper
- 1L Fresh cream
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives, snipped to garnish
Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over a moderate heat.
Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips; add it to the pan then season with white & black pepper.
Add fresh cream, parmesan cheese and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 3 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
Drain thoroughly and tip to the salmon sauce skillet.
Season with salt to taste, add the chives and toss to coat again.
Garnish with snipped chives and smoked salmon rose. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese
