- 2 tbsp of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Olive Oil
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 300g of meat, chopped
- 1 frozen bag Al Wadi Al Akhdar Peas & Carrots
- 50g of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tomato Paste
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of pepper
- 5 cups of beef stock
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat; add the onions and fry till light golden then add the garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.
Meanwhile, add the meat pieces to the garlic and onions and cook until golden color.
Add Al Wadi Al Akhdar Frozen Peas & Carrots bags and mix for 1 minute.
Add Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tomato Paste.
Add the stock, salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 15 to 20 min or until veggies are tender.
Serve with rice.
For a vegetarian version, replace beef stock with vegetable stock and do not add the meat pieces.
