- Al Wadi Al Akhdar Olive Oil
- 1 bag of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Frozen Mloukhieh
- 1 cup of fresh coriander
- 3 wedged onions
- Green chili pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 peeled tomatoes cut into big pieces
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ cup of Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tomato Passata
- Lemon juice
Fry the mloukhieh with olive oil and coriander.
In the pan, fry the onion wedges with the bell peppers, chili pepper and garlic. Add the tomatoes and a spoon of tomato passata. Fry the mix.
Add the mloukhieh and coriander. Add the spices. Deglaze the mix with lemon juice.
Lemon juice is added at the end as it slows the cooking process if added at the beginning.
