- 1 pack Al Wadi Al Akhdar Filo Sheets, thawed
- 4 Tbsp (55g) Al Wadi Al Akhdar Butter, melted
- 1.5 cups (250 g) Al Wadi Al Akhdar Honey
- 500 g Vanilla Ice cream
- Pistachios, for decoration
Preheat oven to 190⁰C.
Unpack Filo sheets and place 1 phyllo sheet on a work surface. Cover the remaining with a damp clean towel to prevent from drying.
Lightly brush the filo sheet evenly with melted butter. Top the buttered sheet with 1 more sheet and brush with the butter in the same manner. Cut the sheets into 4 even size squares. Set aside.
Repeat this process 1 more time and set aside.
Brush a muffin pan with butter. Carefully, fit a square of filo into each buttered muffin cup. Place another sheet of filo atop the first sheet crosswise creating a ruffled filo cup.
Bake for 12 mins or until the cups are crisp and golden in color.
When cool, pour honey in the cups and scoop the ice cream. Drizzle with extra honey and nuts. Serve right away.
