- 1 Jar / 190g Al Wadi Al Akhdar Pesto Sauce
- 150 g Fresh Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 10 Sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 Fresh tomatoes, diced and sprinkled with salt
- Al Wadi Al Akhdar extra virgin oil, to drizzle
- Fresh basil leaves to decorate.
- Parmesan crackers (optional)
Spoon 2 teaspoons of pesto sauce in each glass.
Divide the mozzarella in 6 portions and add over the pesto sauce.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes.
Top it with fresh tomatoes and decorate with basil leaves and crackers.
