Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings
    Appetizer made delicious with a coriander and pomegranate molasses glaze.


    • 1.2kg Chicken wings
    • 1 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar butter
    • 3 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar olive oil
    • 6 Cloves of garlic
    • ½ Tsp white pepper
    • ½ Tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 Cup coriander, finely chopped
    • 1/4 Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar pomegranate molasses
    • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
    • Salt, to taste

    Step 1

    Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the chicken wings.

    Step 2

    Cover it with olive oil, minced garlic and spices and sauté chicken pieces until golden and well cooked.

    Step 3

    Add the chopped coriander. Stir.

    Step 4

    Drizzle with lemon juice and pomegranate molasses, mix well and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
