- 1.2kg Chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar butter
- 3 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar olive oil
- 6 Cloves of garlic
- ½ Tsp white pepper
- ½ Tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup coriander, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar pomegranate molasses
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the chicken wings.
Cover it with olive oil, minced garlic and spices and sauté chicken pieces until golden and well cooked.
Add the chopped coriander. Stir.
Drizzle with lemon juice and pomegranate molasses, mix well and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
