Milky Middle Eastern dessert, topped with ground and whole pistachios

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups milk
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp corn flour
  • ¼ Cup of water
  • ¼ Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar Rose water
  • ¼ Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar Orange Blossom Water
  • Pistachios whole, to decorate

Directions

Step 1

Put milk and sugar in a large pot and whisk until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2

Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly, about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Dissolve corn flour in water and add to the boiling milk. Whisk.

Step 4

When the mixture is thick, remove from the heat.

Step 5

Add Al Wadi Al Akhdar Rose water and Orange blossom water.

Step 6

Remove from heat. Spoon evenly among serving bowls.

Step 7

Decorate with pistachios. Serve chilled.
