- ½ Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tahina
- ½ Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar Carob Molasses
- Lebanese Bread, Kaak or English Biscuits
In a small serving bowl, mix slowly together tahina and carob molasses until smooth consistency but still marbled. Feel free to adjust more tahina or molasses to your taste.
Serve it as a dip with any kind of bread, kaak or English biscuits. Traditionally it is consumed as a dip with Lebanese bread.
