Watermelon with Rosewater Pomegranate Molasses & Feta

A refreshing salad that will keep you cool on the hottest summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Watermelon chunks
  • 200g Feta cheese, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar pomegranate molasses
  • 2 Tsp Al Wadi Al Akhdar rosewater
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish

Step 1

Arrange watermelon chunks and feta cheese in serving plates.

Step 2

Mix pomegranate molasses with rosewater and drizzle over the watermelon salad; garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
