Swiss Chard Stems with Tahini2016-12-01

- 1 Bunch of swiss chard, stems only
- ½ Cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar Tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp water
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley, to decorate (optional)
In a saucepan bring water to a boil and cook Swiss Chard stems until tender.
Combine the sauce ingredients, Tahini, lemon juice and water and season it to taste. Stir well till you get a nice smooth sauce.
Pour it over the Swiss chard and mix. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
