- 2 x 400g Al Wadi Al Akhdar foul mudammas(broad beans), drained
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup Al Wadi Al Akhdar extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt & Pepper
Put the broad beans in a salad bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley and drizzle over the beans.
Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Serve warm with spring onions and Arabic bread.
