Pomegranate Molasses 

Pomegranate molasses is one of people’s favorite salad dressings, but it’s so much more than that. Here’s a just a taste of what you can do with this tangy and delicious syrup. 

Mix some Al Wadi Al Akhdar pomegranate molasses with some melted dark chocolate to create a magical sweet taste and pour the syrup onto some vanilla ice cream. 


Gone are the days when we used to use tahina only for hummus. Everyone knows its uses are endless, but did you know that you can make excellent smoothies with it? Not only does it add texture, it also adds nutrition and a rich nutty flavor, just what you need after a good workout.  


Hummus is one of the most popular foods, and not just in the Middle East, but also worldwide. This chickpea based dip is already one of the best snacks out there, but what if you could make it into a main course? You can make a hummus pizza by spreading the dip on crispy dough and adding some veggies on top!

Another food trick is scooping some Hummus inside Falafel before rolling them in a ball shape and frying them. You can now enjoy melt-in-your-mouth falafel, which is one of life’s greatest experiences. 

A final food trick is mixing equal portions of hummus spread with barbecue sauce to make a unique marinade. Add them to some chicken cubes and allow them to marinate overnight before heading out to a barbecue the next day.
